Training for Success: Continuous Learning & its Challenges
Many of us were glad when we finished our last exam papers in the universities and polytechnics that once we get out into the workforce, we practically don’t go back to school again. But the concept of adult education is totally different from the academic education that we go through. It is becoming more imperative today that adults find ways to continue to upgrade their skills and knowledge to remain relevant both to their company and the industry. What does it take for a Young Professional to develop a continuous training mindset? What are the challenges involved in adopting such mindset in terms of time and financial commitment?
